MoldGiken possesses a range of technologies, including those used in design and analysis, mold and jig production, injection molding, welding, and inspection and measurement. With these technologies we provide resin prototypes while also meeting demand for high precision and quick delivery times, for everything from mold and jig production to molded and welded products (finished products). Moreover, through integrated in-house production, we achieve quick delivery times and high quality.
As for development for prototype production, which precedes more concrete prototype production, there is increased need for a higher speed and for greater capability for handling high-mix low-volume production. We achieve high quality and quick delivery times by improving precision, starting with the silicone-mold creation stage through comprehensive temperature management, and by ensuring that we are able to problem solve at a high level in regard to cutting, welding, and other work performed by hand. Owing to our increased development speed in recent years, we have achieved ultra-quick delivery times, which is also the result of fundamental reforms that have enabled us to maintain a high level of quality as we enhance our problem-solving capabilities.
We aim to deliver our resin-prototype production technologies, which we have been refining in Japan for 40 years, to customers around the world. Looking ahead, we will continue to use high-quality, highly reliable Japanese manufacturing technologies that allow for exceptionally quick delivery times in order to support prototype production and product development for customers across the globe.
